Pennsylvania State Police, now hiding in tow trucks, DOT trucks, etc to nail speeders in a 55 zone, contradicting the Penn State Police communications director

Local Pennsylvania State Police troopers are teaming up with the yellow Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

State police Cpl. Jere Ustonofski, his uniform patch visible on his sleeve, holds a radar gun as he monitors vehicles' speed inconspicuously from the window of a yellow Pennsylvania Department of Transportation truck on Route 924, just outside of Hazleton, which connects Hazleton to Interstate 81 and the Humboldt Industrial Park.

The name? Operation Yellow Jacket

"We wanted the public to have confidence knowing a trooper is on scene by having the vehicles more identifiable with a trooper," communications director Ryan Tarkowski said in response to questions from PennLive.  http://www.pennlive.com/news/2017/01/pennsylvania_state_police_flee.html

Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard.
